Looking forward to a great time,
I have been to the last 2 events, Minneapolis / Seattle.
Each one had its specialties and I look forward to more in New Orleans.
I will be in the city for 10 days.
Will be looking around the city since this is my first visit.
Any ideas after the Hypnocon is over?

Started making plans for the travel to New Orleans this Oct.

Looking forward to meeting old friends and exploring new sites.

I will be there the entire 4 days, plus a few more.

I would like to know a bit about how to dress and the night life during that time. Anyone from the area can tell me more?

June 3-6th in Dallas

I am working on arranging a Hypnosis Demonstration in the Dallas area.

The plan is to gather hypnotist and Subjects for a few hours June 4th or June 5th at a local spot.

With a wild rush of activites as I headed for the door from work, the evening is here before the event. Several people are already gathering in the city. Repacking the suitcase, and the weight limits of the airlines. All prepped and ready to go.

I need this break, looking forward to a city I have never been to. Its about expectations, and for me its the simple pleasures. I like just existing in the now, and experimenting with new foods and markets that will excite and suprise me. Taking a few scripts and cue cards with me for the event. I also am glad to know the person who made the wonderful posters for the event... Thanks Robert H.

Not sure what the main discussions will be, the unknowning is powerful and gets me a little anxious, like a first date with someone. The prep work is done, just time to execute, relax and enjoy the fireworks. Its in my power to react how I want, not as someone else thinks I should act. being a gentleman when I should and the rest of the time, its kicking back and fun....

Good Evening,

Just a starting entry to see what can happen as I and others start talking about this weekend in Seattle. I am excited. I have had this vacation sitting in the back of my mind for months now, and as I finish packing I can feel it moving forward.

The plane leaves Chicago Ohare Friday morning, and will see my friends in the early afternoon. I know people will be attenidng from Mpls, Kansas City, and California, plus locals. Some will be first meets, others will be returning friends. Lets see where we go from here.....

Hypnocon event MPLS

Oct 9-11

Next year its Seattle....

Got of the plane and found I felt lost as I heard my name called from the airport security system. I was to meet my party at the baggage terminal. There I was greeted by friendly faces and big hugs. We waited antoher 1/2 hr for our next guest to arrive and caught up on some old times with my great friends.

Arrived at the hotel and knew I was in for some fun. We adjusted the rooms so that we could all be in the same floor and section of the hotel. An informal gathering at the Suite where everyone was relaxed and cozy. Smiles and more hugs as a total of 15 others gathered there that night for the weekend.

I think I unwound a bit... but was excited to just fit in. Sometimes I am a bit shy about answereing questions about being gay and hypnosis. Never sure how most will take either. Tho I did find on my return I am more open about both and more comfortable about who I am. The simple face to face discussions really asked some great quesions about what people got out of hypnosis and what was happening to each. History of how we got started, and where we were going. There were 2 new local subs who were into malebots and the weekend tilted a bit towards transformations. It was good to see that even the experienced tists where rather new to this variation. Many had done pups and dogs or let out some wild primal men but malebots were a bit new.

Some great demos followed this weekend and I learned as well as taught my style. I am one who it very touch oriented, Let me start off with a back rub and soft words and I will take you to some wonderful realms. Learned how to better get subjects into trances faster and more complete. I also got to help build the Malebots.One of them calls me his programmer. That will be nice to adjust once in awhile for an upgrade.

Heading to the local Leather bar was fun to see how playful tists can be with the bartenders, and how currious many are about the process. I look forward to answering more questions in my local Chicago area.Sorry that the event was only a few days could have hung out there for a while longer and really delved into the world of hypnosis, at least there is next year. I think a few are also talking about an informal gathering at IML in Chicago next spring... see you all where I can.
