Okay folks...FINALLY..here's the situation!!!
Firm Dates are set for the weekend of October 11/12...weather should be cooler in DC by this time, and there is a meeting room available at the local LBGTQ Meeting center for both weekend days.
Should be far enough away to book cheap tickets and request vacation time, considering it's on a weekend.
