EROTIC HYPNOSIS
We've brought Hypnodadny back for a return engagement.
Last time he convinced us that hypnosis is real, it fits into our scene really well, and that it is truly pleasurable to surrender to his power. And this time he'll talk more of the myths and realities of hypnosis, drawing men into your spell, and using hypnosis in a relationship. You can be one of the subjects or watch safely from the audience.

GMSMA programs meet the 2nd Wednesday of each month (other than July and August) at the LGBT Community Center, 208 West 13th Street, between 7th and Greenwich Avenues.
- Doors open at 7:30pm for socializing
- Programs start promptly at 8:00pm
Suggested door donation for members is $5;
non-members is $7.
Andrew Newton is performing at the city Varietes Theatre in Leeds 29th Nov. A few of us going and probably meeting up before hand.

Peter Powers is having his biannual season at the Glasgow Pavilion Theatre during February. This consists of the Family show at 7.30 pm (Fridays), Adult Show 7.30 pm (Saturday) and midnight madness show 11.59 pm (Saturday).
I'll be in Glasgow the weekend of 18 to 20 February and will be seeing both his Saturday shows. Anyone interested in coming along or having some private hypno please let me know (although it does seem that the subs on this site are only interested in webcam).
Description of shows:
Saturday 7.30 pm - 'Anything Goes' A show with a slightly adult theme but with teenagers in mind. So anything goes in this fun-filled night of entertainment.
Saturday 11.59 pm - 'Midnight Madness Show' - Strictly for the over 18s and has a very Adult theme throughout, and will be even MORE outrageous than usual. It has been decided that this performance should be called the "Over The Top Show" Who will bare all in this Midnight Madness Extravaganza? Strictly for the adult audience only! All customers will be required to produce identification to gain access.

Despite the aforementioned description the midnight show isn't as raunchy as it used to be and in general tends not to have nudity in it any more. However, sometimes there can be occasional flashes of its former glory. Be Warned: the Glaswegians can be a bit of a rough and uncouth crowd, especially when they've been drinking, so be prepared for the occasional fight, bottle throwing and glassing in the auditorium (and that's just the girls).
Although the Midnight Madness Show is being advertised as Over 18s they have in the past not admitted anyone under the age of 21 due to large number of violent incidents - if you are between 18 to 21 and want to see the show you'll need to double-check with the venue if you will actually be admitted.
Please see below details for a show to be given by Robert Temple in Sunderland over Halloween. Admission is 12.50 and includes "delicious buffet" (no doubt courtesy of Iceland frozen foods). Unfortunately I won't be able to attend but thought I would post this to let others know as Hypnotist shows in the UK are a bit of a rarity.

So what can you say about an entertainer who puts some of his audience members to SLEEP? If his name is ACARI - A Lot!!. This charismatic performer will have you in hysterics from watching him put his volunteers through the paces during his Hypnotic Comedy Show,
ACARI invite's members of the audience who wish to volunteer to come and join him on the stage. He then proceeds to hypnotize them, giving instructions on what he wants them to do. After several of these exercises, he weeds out those participants who are either faking it or not responding. Then the real fun begins, with the volunteers' reactions to Acari's suggestions becoming more and more hilarious.
At one point all the volunteers seated onstage Thought they were Ballet Dancers (members of the Russian ballet) doing Swan Lake. Later they act as if they are Jockeys in the Grand National. During the show they become convinced they hear their favourite song from what they believe to be a radio (their shoe in reality) and sing it to the audience. Then they believe their shoe is a Mobile Phone trying to speak to someone.

I'm gonna be on holiday in Benidorm from Tuesday 26 April to Monday 2 May and hope to check out some of the comedy hypnosis stage shows. From my research so far there appear to be at least three different stage hypnotists giving shows in the resort so will try to see them all.
If anyone is also in the area during this time please get in touch and we can make plans to see some of the shows or have some private hypno sessions if you are interested.
I've heard rumours that stage shows in Spain are a little more OTT than in England so will be interesting to compare notes!
